You know it’s a good omen for a vacation rental when our first renter was only supposed to stay in the Sweet for two nights...and ended up staying a month!
The Sweet is a one-bedroom condo in the same building as the Treehouse, The Retro, ATX House, Heart House and Studio, however it is the most private unit in the building. The front patio sits opposite and down a flight of stairs below Trailside Drive. It's very quiet!
The bedroom features a Tempurpedic king bed, a large closet and a large full length standing mirror. There is a second large closet in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and there’s a shared propane grill on the back side of the building.
All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool!
You just won’t find a better value for this location and size of the unit. The Sweet most certainly is sweet.
One reserved parking space at street level. You can drive down to the door to unload your car but you do need to park up top and walk down the stairs.
This condo resides on the 1st level, down a flight of stairs from the parking space at street level, within a charming 6-unit complex nestled into a hill across 3 levels. Kindly be aware that there are condos above and aside this unit with tenants occupying them at various times.
Higher rates for ACL, SXSW & Formula One with 4 night minimum. Three night minimum during major holidays.
Cleaning fees of $115 applies to all stays under 30 days, $200 for monthly stays.
Pets allowed with $50 - $100 pet fee. Couch covers, gate or crate available upon request.
