Perfect location! We needed a last-minute place in Austin, and are so glad we were able to book with Cynthia. The place is colorful and comfy, and can't beat the fact that it's only a short walk to Zilker Park. Also appreciate that it's pet-friendly.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is very cozy with roomy 2 bedrooms. Family of 4 will feel right at home.
Host is very nice with detailed instructions.

Loved it, so homey and nice! The beds are sooo comfy!! Really went above and beyond on the tips and recommendations! It’s such a nice place and the location was awesome, so close to lots of cool bars and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Love this property and its hosts! The decor was charming and the location was perfect, nestled high up in a beautiful neighborhood in the heart of Austin. We were so impressed by the amenities - including everything from coffee to makeup wipes to toddler appropriate books - and felt this place truly has it all. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anybody else looking for a wonderful, authentically Austin experience.

We had a brief but wonderful stay. Excellent and thorough communication from Cynthia. Light switches were labeled, everything was crystal clear and exactly as described. Walkable to Barton Springs/Zilker Park. The location is amazing for being in a lovely and quiet neighborhood and literally a few minutes of driving will bring you to numerous restaurants, shops, etc. We could hear the reggae festival in the distance while sitting on the front porch at night which was fun. We only wish our stay was longer!

We are so glad we chose this AirBnb for our mini vacation in Austin. The location was perfect .... close enough to activities and very tranquil for a nights rest. This home provided everything to create a comfy home to return to after a day of play....the bedding and pillows were top notch, the bathroom was updated and had lots extras, the living room couches and chairs were very comfy and not worn at all and the kitchen/ dining area was equipped for any meal we could dream of preparing. On the one rainy morning we experience staying in, listening to the rain and sipping on coffee and tea was also delightful because of the set up. A great home away from home.

The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The mattress in the main bedroom was very comfortable. We walked to Zilker Park for the trail of lights and could have walked to many other places. This is a great place to stay, we will stay here again next time we visit Austin.

This was a beautiful home located close to Barton spring. The location was walking distance to it and to other places as well. My family and I felt safe at night and the view was beautiful as well. We loved it and would recommend it!
