Hearts just make people smile. The Heart House will certainly make you smile!

You will sleep soundly in the king bed and enjoy the top floor view from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom from the chaise. The living room features a vaulted ceiling with clear story windows which provide wonderful natural lighting. Just through the sliding glass doors awaits the balcony, which is always a popular hangout spot for your morning coffee, dinner, or a late night cocktail.

The Heart House has a fully furnished kitchen that is equipped with all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans and appliances you’ll need to cook in if you so choose. This includes a blender, toaster, coffee maker, ice trays, water boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We offer organic local Ruta Maya coffee beans, a variety of teas and cream, organic sugar and Splenda.

ROKU Smart TV with antenna for local channels in the living room. Streaming capable to all your favorite streaming apps.

All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool!

We have reserved parking for 1 car right by the staircase to the door.

This condo resides on the 3rd level, conveniently just a few steps up from the front parking space, within a charming 6-unit complex nestled into a hill across 3 levels. Kindly be aware that there are condos both below and aside this unit with tenants occupying them at various times. 

Higher rates for ACL, SXSW & Formula One with 4 night minimum. Three night minimum during major holidays.
Cleaning fees of $115 applies to all stays under 30 days, $200 for monthly stays, with mid-stay cleans for monthly stays if there is a pet. 
Pets allowed with $50 - $100 pet fee. Couch covers, gate or crate available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY –
***If you cancel outside 30 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund.
***If you cancel inside 30 days, you will be refunded 50% of the nightly rates and 100% of all taxes and fees.
***If you cancel inside of 15 days prior to your arrival there is no refund.
***In the case we can rebook the days canceled we will refund you based on what the rates we are able to get. (EX: if you booked 2 nights @ $159/night and cancelled last minute and we were able to rebook at $100/night then we would offer you a refund of $200.)
***If booked for SXSW or ACL and you cancel inside of 90 days prior to arrival there is no refund, unless we can rebook.
***3% credit card fees are deducted from refunds on reservations made more than 120 days prior to cancellation.
***UNEXPECTED TRAVEL DELAYS - unfortunately we cannot offer refunds due to last-minute weather or medical related travel delays. We recommend purchasing trip insurance if there are any concerns. If we are able to rebook we will certainly do our best to get you as much money back as possible.

Deposit Policy

SIMPLE PAYMENT POLICY – Rental to be paid in full upon reservation using any major credit card. All bookings are subject to 3% credit card processing fee. You may use Zelle or Venmo to avoid this fee.
Other arrangements considered upon request. Dates are NOT secured until payment is received.
CHECK/CASH: if you would like to pay for your rental with check or cash upon arrival, we require a copy of your ID and a credit card upon booking which will be authorized for the full rental amount.

The Heart House worked wonderfully for our stay. It had everything we needed and is a cozy place. Cynthia & Peach were great at communicating, very friendly and kind, and were always helpful. The deck was lovely in the morning for coffee or relaxing late evening after it cooled down.

The spot was perfect for a weekend getaway with my adult daughters. Zilker Park and Barton Springs are a few of our favorite spots in Austin so Cynthia’s place was in an ideal location. We loved having coffee on the patio and easy access to some many restaurants and activities.

Great location, easily walkable to Barton springs and the neighborhood felt safe. I ran solo and felt totally comfortable. In addition to the parking spot, there was a lot of street parking available.

Excellent place to stay at especially since it’s very centric and you walk to many places or short drive to downtown area. Highly recommend this place if Barton Springs is in your to-do list.
